Booking
All bookings are done through the UKLTA. Booking will open January 2026 in the UKLTA store.Full payment
- Player Early Bird: £80 (on or before April 17th 2026)
- Player Standard: £90 (after April 17th 2026)
Part payment
In order to secure booking you can opt to pay a 50% deposit.
- Player Early Bird: £40 (on or before April 17th 2026)
- Player Standard: £45 (after April 17th 2026)
- Balance payable before July 10th 2026
Refund policy
UKLTA has a default staggered refund policy.
- 100% refund on or before 5th June 2026 (6 weeks out)
- 50% refund 6th June 2025 to 3rd July 2026 (2 weeks out)
- No refund 4th July onwards
If the event is well attended and all costs covered this policy might be waived.
