Booking
All bookings are done through the UKLTA. Booking will open in January 2025.- Player Early Bird: £80 (on or before April 25th 2025)
- Player Standard: £90 (after April 25th 2025)
Part payment
In order to secure booking you can opt to pay a 50% deposit.
- Player Early Bird: £40 (on or before April 25th 2025)
- Player Standard: £45 (after April 25th 2025)
- Balance payable before July 18th 2025
Refund policy
UKLTA has a default staggered refund policy.
- 100% refund on or before 13th June 2025 (6 weeks out)
- 50% refund 14th June 2025 to 10th July 2025 (2 weeks out)
- No refund 11th July onwards
If the event is well attended and all costs covered this policy might be waived.
